Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia is a native of Canada. She is most well-known to Canadians for her role as a Canadian actor on the Freeform fantasy show Shadowhunters. Also, she appeared in Venevision television series Cosita linda and Voltea a' que te love. Emeraude Toubia also is a skilled model and dancer. She is a native of Montreal However, she was raised and attended school in Texas. The passion she has for dance has been a part of her since she was a child. At a very young age, she has learned a range different styles of dancing. The first time she entered beauty contests when she was the age of fifteen. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained a lot of attention during 2008 as she appeared in Season 2 of the Univision beauty pageant show Nuestra Belleza Latina. She made her acting debut in 2010, portraying receptionist on the Telemundo television show Aurora. She also appeared in her debut film, the action drama Tattooed Love.
